- Only normal-priced items can be exchanged or returned, within fourteen (14) days from the Invoice date.
- Items from Stock Clearance, Markdown, or as indicated in the website CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
- Items to be exchanged or retuned should be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, with accessories included. If these conditions are not fulfilled, the items would not be accepted for exchange or refund.
- Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different item for exchange.
- If the new item is of a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference in amount.
- If the new item is of a lower price, no cash refund will be provided.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or refunds for inner wear – such as socks, swimwear, and underwear.
- Please attach the original Tax Invoice for all exchanges or returns.
- Once we approve your return request, we will refund store credits to your account. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds.
You will not be entitled to an exchange or return if any of the following applies:
- The goods returned are found not faulty or damaged and correspond correctly to the description displayed on our website and in your order;
- The goods are not retuned in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy;
- The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period.
If so, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchanges or Returns by Courier Service
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
- We try hard to accept all exchange and return requests but in the unfortunate event that the item is retuned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose of it accordingly.
- We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return requests.
We reserve the right not to accept exchanges or returns received after 14 days from Invoice date.
We reserve the right to deny refund if the goods returned does not meet our Exchange and Return Policy guidelines.
If any requests are denied, you are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the goods and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
